Your order supports our club's vibrant youth program. Every year we offer a week-long camp to middle school and high school students called RYLA (Rotary Youth Leadership Awards) and YoungRYLA. These impactful camps bring together diverse kids from all over the front range and Wyoming in friendship and fellowship to explore leadership and community-building.
RYLA and Young RYLA are life-changing leadership training programs where young people learn, develop, and enhance leadership skills and principles in an atmosphere of trust and respect. Our conferences encourage and assist current and potential youth leaders in methods of responsible and effective leadership. Participants attend our week-long conferences to build skills in communication, problem-solving, team dynamics, ethics, and community service while networking with Rotarians and peers. Many past attendees claim, “It was the best week of my life!”

The Rotary Club of Highlands Ranch supports additional youth-oriented projects, both local and international, such as:
- Outstanding Student Awards & Scholarships for Douglas County students
- High school Interact clubs
- Rotary Readers in local elementary schools
- Book donations to the Sue Fox Memorial Community Library in Monterrey, Costa Rica
