Puttin’ on the Green a Great Success!

Last Saturday, June 20th, the Highlands Ranch Rotary Foundation was a major sponsor for the Interfaith Miniature Golf Tournament and Fund Raiser for their food bank.
Our club alone raised $7450, including the $2500 from the Foundation. The total Interfaith goal of $30,000 was exceeded! Plus of course participants also brought lots of food donations to help fill the food bank shelves. None of this would have been possible without the generous support of our entire club.
Our three Rotary teams enjoyed a beautiful cool summer morning at the Cornerstone Miniature Golf Course. We played Trivial “Par-suit” and learned about all the wonderful programs Interfaith has to help the working poor, single parents and homeless.
Winning the most donations for our club, the Par 5: (Girls Team) included Elizabeth Kringel, Captain, Gail Mullin, Iris Price and Connie Golas.
The Shorts & Britches (Co-Ed Team) :  Judy Rooney (Captain), Goldie Wilford,
Frank Burturia, Kim Hibler, Fred Warnaars, Monique Florin, and Grayson Rooney.
(Men’s Team): Justin Vaughn (Captain), Matthew Vaughn, Jerry Wilford, Neil Rooney and Hudson Rooney.
Congratulations HRRC for a job well-done!
