Mark Reagan, hypnotist/therapist, gave us ways to calm & center yourself when going into a stressful situation. He helps people to a mind over matter conclusion in performing daily tasks, whether it's a golf game or a presentation. In demo mode, Reen Gottron, Fred Warnaars, Sue Bramley and David Blackwell volunteered, rather were volunteered, to be hypnotized. According to Mark, we would have the best night's sleep after the experience. I, for one, concur, so the power of suggestion really works!
THIS WEEK'S PROGRAM:

GREAT GALA!
TIME FOR AUCTION ITEMS!
Got anything interesting in your attic you want to get rid of? A Van Gogh, for example? Well donate it to the Gala auction! We're looking for fabulous live auction items: vacations, condos, sports memorabilia, art, tours, big restaurant items. These donations are how we raise the big bucks, so take a close look and let the committee know what you're donating!
IN MEMORIUM - CONDE PALEN DONATIONS
Conde and his family named the Rotary Foundation for those wanting to donate for his passing. Once the donations have been made, his wife Barbara and family will decide what project the funds will support.
