Kim Hibler is a CEO Forum Leader for Renaissance Executive Forums Colorado. A lifelong learner of leadership skills and a practitioner of innovation - bringing to life some of what the human imagination has to offer! Next to her family, (3 children and 18 month old twin grandsons) Kim’s career has been one of the blessings in her life and she’s earned the reputation of being that innovative thought leader whose expertise in execution drives results.

Kim has led key initiatives and teams in several Fortune 100 companies including JCPenney, American Express, and First Data through many of the major innovations in the payments industry over the last 30 years. Along the way Kim has developed keen sensibilities of what shareholders and customers want, and has fully embraced the management of people, processes, and the profits necessary to create successful outcomes. 

With a career spanning Payments, Management Training, and SaaS, Kim has held leadership roles in each of these industries and has become adept at managing the unique challenges and opportunities present from Start-up companies to Fortune 100’s. Kim has always focused on the introduction of new products and platforms and the amazing people and cultures that make them happen.
