Hello Rotary Friends,
Another school year has started up and Mountain Vista Interact Club would like to share what we have been up to the first few months.
September 4th, Peaceful Schools Visit- We met and read with the first graders at Summit View Elementary
September 27, Bessie's Hope Visit- Set up and participated in activities with the elderly patients at Clare Bridge
October 2, Peaceful Schools Visit- We met and read with Second Graders at Summit View Elementary
October 4, Remembrance Walk- Volunteered at a walk in remembrance of unborn and perished children
October 4, Bessie's Hope Visit- Set up and visited with Seniors at Clare Bridge while doing Halloween activities
October 4, Bike Drive- Hosted a bike drive and collected over 100 bikes to be donated
October 23, Decorating for Trick-or-Treat Street- Assisted Mountain Vista in decorating for the annual Trick-or-Treat Street
October 25, Bessies Hope Bowling- Went bowling with Senior Citizens
October 25, Rotary Gala- attended and aided in the auction at the Gala
October 30, Trick-or-Treat Street- Set up and handed out candy to young children participating in the event
