Satellite Club of Highlands Ranch Rotary
Meetings are on 1st and 3rd Wednesday mornings at 7:15 A.M. at The Children’s Hospital (470 and Lucent) at 1811 Plaza Dr., Highlands Ranch, CO.
in the Tennessee Room. About $7 for Continental Breakfast. Childrens hospital puts on a wonderful spread for us with pastries, scones, a huge fruit platter and 2 kinds of juices!!! We can change the menu if we like and will probably do from time to time. You should come visit us and have a warm scone.

We want to thank you for your continuing support of our club here at Mountain Vista Interact. These are the events we were involved in from November:
November 1, Interfaith Food Drive- we collected food donations at our local King Soopers and then distributed it on the shelves at Interfaith Food Bank
November 6, Peaceful Schools Visit- we gathered at Summit View Elementary and read books to the 1st graders about diversity and acceptance
November 8, Bessie's Hope Visit- we visited with and set up activities based around Thanksgiving with the residents at Clare Bridge
November 22, Interfaith Thanksgiving- we moved and packed boxes full of food into peoples cars so that they could have Thanksgiving meals with their families
Thank you again for your guidance and support of our club. We will continue to update you monthly with the events we have participated in. Thank you again.

Holiday Party 2014
Great time was had by all who attended. Debby was presented with a
thank you gift for her work on the Gala.
Jim and Jerry stole the show and teamed up with the Dickens Carolers.
Tuesday, December 16, the Satellite Rotary Club of Highlands Ranch will be holding their holiday celebration. The festivities begin at Lansdowne Bistro and Pub in Highlands Ranch from 5:00 to 7:00 pm for our happy hour party. From there, we will travel to Hudson Gardens in Littleton to enjoy their beautiful winter lights display, "A Hudson Christmas". The Gardens is transformed with over 100,000 lights, a crystal lake display, visits with Santa and wagon rides. The winter wonderland is open until 8:30 pm. It is a walking tour approximately 3/4 of a mile in length that takes about 30-90 minutes to enjoy the show.
Tickets for Satellite members are $8.00 which will cover the cost of your Hudson Gardens ticket and appetizers at Lansdowne. Tickets for guests are $20.00 which will cover your Hudson Gardens ticket and appetizers at Lansdowne. There will be a cash bar at the Lansdowne party.
In case of inclement weather, happy hour at Lansdowne will be held, but you do not have to visit the Gardens that night. Tickets are good through January 3 which is the final evening of the event.
