A message from a participant at Young RYLA, this is why we sell so many peaches and pears.
"Dear Ms. Keyton,
Thank you so much for sponsoring me to go to Young RYLA. I had so much fun with all of the activities we did and everything we did was so enjoyable. I learned that you are not alone in anything you do. I have definitely grown in not being as scared in front of other people and being open and listening to others ideas. I liked it so much, I hope to go to RYLA when I’m in high school and later be a junior counselor for RYLA.
From, Evan Serafini"
Jerry Wilford announced we remain #1 in the District for giving to Rotary International. Bob stressed we should all contribute something to RI.
Elizabeth reminded us to continue to record our volunteer hours. She has more bags for Angel Heart and reminded us as we decorate "no words" and "coloring on one side only".
Elizabeth and Jeanne Taylor will also do a presentation of the Rotary Endowed Fellowship for Pediatric Mental Health at Vi on Jul 11th in the Centennial Room at 2pm. Enter using the main entrance.
Jan Keyton offered a sincere thank you to our members and their families for giving their time and energy to make the HR 4th of July Parade such a success.
