Dorothy Hensen, Project Angel Heart, Food for Special Diets
Project Angel Heart's vision is for all Coloradans living with severe illness to have access to nutritious food that supports their health and well-being. To that end, they compassionately deliver comfort and support through high-quality nutrition services, including medically tailored meals, while also advocating for the principles of “Food is Medicine.” The personal touch is the decorated bags used to deliver the food. Please join us Feb 1st after our meeting to decorate bags; "just means you care".

Extra lunches today were shared with Eagle Academy. Thank you, Guy and Claudia, for delivering.
Tamie shared highlights from the District Governor Elect training in Orlando; her words helped us understand making Rotary "irresistible".
Scott informed us IFCS is running on half capacity; they spend $30,000/month and have $14,000. We financially support IFCS, Scott suggested a hygiene drive. Personally, I believe it is a great idea.
As you attend events, Rotary-in-action, please remember to take photos and send to Tamie for our Facebook page, Kari for our website, and me for the Wheel Spinner.
"The Secret Comedy of Women" had a great turnout, thank you Jane.
May 18th is the EPIC Day of Service, a nationwide movement to showcase the service work of Rotary. It is an opportunity to create lasting change in our community, re-engage our members with purpose, passion and fellowship, and recruit new members. Thank you, Alan and Tom McHugh, for taking the lead on this project. The Community Service Committee will also participate.
