We heard from our new member, John Zwack (above). John's family has deep roots in Chicago where he was born. In his youth, his mom and dad decided to build their own home near Green Bay, Wisconsin, where he grew up and prospered. Then, back to Illinois and Northwestern University where he obtained undergrad and graduate degrees that enabled him be hired by Burroughs to develop business software. Over the decades he continued to write software for various employers.
It's our good fortune that he moved to Highlands Ranch with his wife and is already active with a number of charitable organizations. He has volunteered with our club on numerous projects.
His Rotary mentor, Scott Davenport, proudly stood next to John as Terre Cone welcomed him to our club. He now roots for the Broncos unless they're facing the Pack! When you introduce yourself, be sure to ask him how it feels to be listed alphabetically at the end of nearly every program with which he's been involved.

We also got to hear from baby Mary Aragon's daddy who along with his wife, adopted her in Florida with the help of a grant from Gift of Adoption which helped fund the final leg of this journey. Mr. Aragon, a rancher from Greeley, expressed gratitude for our club's participation in helping fund this program.
