LAST WEEK: Jordan Long, Revital Expansion, Fighting the Marshall Fire
Claudia introduced Jordon for his second visit to our Club. Revital Colorado is a non-profit dedicated to being a lifeline for our frontline; to bring a proactive approach to combat the physical and mental challenges of a first responder. Jordan shared the significance of our two donations last year: supported a retreat to the back country for 10 individuals for 2 and a half days and supported Marshall Fire responders. For more information see, www.revitalcolorado.org.
We welcomed Jayne McHugh, Tom's wife, and our newest member, Carl Husmann.

Kudos to Reen, Kelsey, and Rotaract for decorating ~185 bags for Project Angel Heart and collecting ~ $500 at the District Conference!
We have supported the NCOA Golf Tournament for 11 years. The cost for a Veteran or in-service military is $50 and for a non-Vet or civilian $65 which covers green fees and golf cart. For levels of sponsorship see email from May 2nd. See 'Save the Date' below for further information.
Our support of Hide in Plain Site (HIPS) has resulted in the ability for 20 members to attend a John King Concert on the Prairie 2022 June 5th free of charge. Doors open at 5pm and concert at 7pm at the intersection of CO 86 and CR 93 (near Franktown).
Chairs, blankets are OK. Food trucks on site. There will be a designed area for HR Rotary members to sit. If you want one of these free slots, please email Debby Doig, debby_novotny@hotmail.com before
May 17th.
As we know, Jerry Wilford never does anything in a small way when it comes to supporting Rotary. He told Bob Larson he would bring “a few golf balls” to sell and Bob expected maybe a couple of cartons, but Jerry brought over 900 balls to the auction on Apr 28th! It was a great success. We are still tabulating the total proceeds, but it might approach close to $500. Thanks to everyone who bid on these balls and maybe one of them will be a hole in one-just like the golf ball auction was!!
Bob continued his auctioneering, this time a bottle of French white purchased by Debby Doig.
I can't overlook a "Day in History" when the women finally joined the "men's" table during the Apr 28th meeting.
