Tom and Jennifer Foss, Directors, joined us as well as the Queen and her Attendant and the Princess' Attendant. This year includes new events including 3 rodeos, a car show, and a new carnival. We welcomed Robin Aguilar who turned in her membership application, and Alex Gruire, former owner of Anthony's Pizza.

Jerry Selinfreund gave an update on the NCOA Golf Tournament: 10 Rotary golfers with two guests and, with the generous donations from Club members, 38 military. Thank you HRRF, Jimmy Kinley, Bill Simmermon, Jane, Tom, Scott, Elizabeth, Bob Martin, Shrin, Nancy, and Lee Mulberry for your support of these golfers. Final figures from the tournament forthcoming.
Jane provided an update on the evening meeting at their home on the 28th: arrive at 5pm for drinks, food, and entertainment. The cost for the meal will be charged as a regular meeting and guests are welcome with a $25 charge for supper.
Bill shared our Rotary banner for the newer members in the Club. These banners are often traded when visiting other Clubs.
Thank you, Elizabeth, for your years of service to the Community Service Committee; Terre will assume co-chair with Carolyn.

Bill's goal was to reach $50,000 in giving to TRF; our Club donated $55,914! We're third in giving out of the District with a per capita of $582.
Bill Leeper, creator of the peach sale flyer, thanked Kari for her work adding to our website and Arthur for printing the fliers.

Bill gave his closing remarks as his year of Presidency ends receiving a standing ovation and handed the gavel over to Tom. We look forward to the new year under Tom's leadership.

Please join theHighlands Ranch Rotary Sunrise groupfor our regular meetings at Southridge Recreation Center, Arrowhead Room, 4800 Mcarthur Ranch Road 80130 through September. We are a very active club, have regular speakers, participate in “safe” service volunteer opportunities, and strive to make a difference in the community. And we have fun at the same time!
Meetings are the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays from 7:15 – 8:30 am. Please contact either Gary Smith (303-522-3355) or Elena Cumberbatch-Lynch (303-875-3418) if you plan to attend.
