Alan shared the new Rotary license. Phil has forms or also available on the District website.      MVHS Interact Rotary Update Hello Rotary Friends, I hope you all are doing well! As the school year is coming to the second semester, Interact Club has been working at participating in many fun service activities! At the beginning of February, MVHS hosted our annual wish week. This year, our wish kid was a 7-year-old girl named Lucy whose wish was to have and participate in her fashion week. This year one of the wish week events to raise money for Make-A-Wish, was a Carnival for elementary-aged kids to participate in at MVHS. Interact hosted a game booth and handed out candy to the kids. In January, we hosted our monthly Peaceful Schools event servicing many classrooms at a local elementary school to read and discuss books. This past Saturday, members also participated in the Nibbles and Sips Fundraiser, helping inflate 100+ balloons and tie strings on balloons to be used at Mystery Balloon Station and event decor. We have many more events coming up throughout the semester. In March, we will host our largest Peaceful Schools event hosting all three grades. In April, we will partner with other clubs at MVHS and our middle school in our Annual Earth day clean-up. This week we are having a school-wide collection of hygiene products to help donate to our IFCS event this weekend. On Saturday, March 4th, from 9:00 AM- 12:00 PM, we will host an IFCS drive at the Kings Soopers off Red Cedar Drive. We want to invite you to come to stop by!!   The MVHS Interact Club enjoys interacting with our community and providing a few smiles to others' faces. Our club looks forward to many more ways to give back throughout the school year. We wouldn't be able to do everything we do without Rotary's support.
