Solar Charger Conversion Event

Third Quarterly conversion event of the fiscal year.  Area high schoolers are expected (about 40).

HRRC continues to connect  4-USB adapter to a 2'x2' solar panel, then personalizing them with messages of encouragement, and shipping to Ukraine.
