Quick & Easy Peach Freezing Method

This method is used by the family who owns the Orchard where we purchase our peaches and pears.  C&R Farms, Palisade, CO

1. Arrange fresh UNWASHED whole peaches on a cookie sheet with space inbetween. Do NOT use any water on the peaches as this will hydrate them.
2. Slide the cookie sheet into your freezer and freeze until totally solid.  Then, carefully remove the frozen peaches & place in a large Ziploc bag.  Return to freezer until ready to use.
3. To thaw, carefully run each peach under tepid water to remove the skin.  Thaw at room temperature before slicing.
