LAST WEEK
* THANKS TO MICKIE CAMERON FOR TAKING MEETING NOTES!*
PATRICIA SZNIP JOINS THE RANKS FOLLOWING HER CLASSIFICATION TALK!
It was a pleasure getting to know Patricia's rich history!  She was born in Mexico City and at the age of 11 woke up to her fathers call to pack her bags as they were moving to Houston, TX.  She grew up speaking German in her household.  She received her BA in International relations and her BS in business administration.  Her boys Christopher 17 and Conner 15 enjoy basketball and la cross so the family spends a lot of time courtside.  She now has a passion to get her masters in Mental Health.  Patricia is also serving on the Communications Committee.

WE CELEBRATED VALENTINES DAY BY BRINGING SPOUSES TO THE MEETING

Members & guests were treated to the Rock Canyon High School choir who blessed us with a taste of their singing telegrams for the school's Valentines fundraiser.  They were able to raise $500.

STUDENT OF THE WEEK

Our student of the month Alexis Chaves from Valor Christian H.S. intends to study business and law. He shared his passion for supporting Africa and a book drive his team participated in sorting thousands of books while in Atlanta for football.  He has also become an entrepreneur selling exclusive athletic shoes.

THIS WEEK
CRAWFORD HOUSE UPDATE
Jerome Ford from the Crawford House in Colorado Springs will talk about the programs offer.

UPCOMING EVENTS

IFCS's annual fundraiser, Nibbles & Sips is this Saturday night. 5:00-9:30 pm at their new venue - Denver Marriott Tech Center. It is An Evening of Raising the Roof to Prevent Homelessness and Hunger. As you know, our club is a huge supporter of IFCS, having been honored a few years ago as their sponsor of the year.  Back by popular demand, the our theme continues to be  Boots and Bling, so dust off those boots and wear your best bling for this upscale Colorado casual affair. Be part of one of the largest gala events in the South Metro area, drawing more than 600 local personalities and residents.

The event’s goal is to raise funds for Integrated Family Community Services, the largest social services agency serving Western Arapahoe and Northern Douglas Counties.

Our very own WARRIOR BONFIRE is one of the recipients at the Colorado Gives a Damn fundraiser, sponsored by the Colorado Business Roundtable.  The event will be held Tuesday, March 6 at the Falls Event Center.  Contact Lisa Gregg lgreg@cobrt.com for more info.
