JELLY DAY!

It doesn't have to be this exotic, but bring it in this week!

RONALD MCDONALD BREAKFAST

Our mighty team provided another delicious breakfast to 42 House residents last Saturday. Highlights included a breakfast burrito bar and a NYC fav, chicken & waffles.  Who wouldn't want to partake!  Many thanks to our team for their efforts.  Altho we only serve for an hour, there is shopping, unloading, cooking, set up, serving, clean up and packing up involved in this wonderful community service activity.

According to chef Arthur Cone, 'We received many thanks and compliments from the residents. Connie Golas and I did the shopping and I assigned duties to keep things running smoothly and on time. We had a blast and we look forward to new volunteers for next quarter’s event.'

ANOTHER GREAT NIGHT FOR IFCS's NIBBLES & SIPS!

Everyone had a fun time at the annual Nibbles & Sips party for IFCS.  The event moved this year to the Marriott Denver Tech Center.  According to Jerry Wilford, "It was a great venue and they had a great turnout. We had two tables and several of our wonderful ladies volunteered."  The western theme prevailed where guests sampled over 300 types of adult beverages and samples from some of Littleton's finest/funest restaurants. The theme was An Evening of Raising the Roof to Prevent Homelessness & Hunger.
